These Terms & Conditions govern enquiries, quotations, orders and supply of products by Aaravya Spaces (“Aaravya Spaces”, “we”, “us” or “our”), whether within India or for export. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Quotations are based on the specification, sizes, quantity and destination you provide, and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices may be revised for changes in specification, quantity, material cost or statutory charges. Unless stated otherwise, taxes, freight and duties are quoted separately, and for export the applicable Incoterm is stated on the quotation and invoice.
Photographs, renders and samples shown on this website and in our catalogues are for illustration and reference only. The actual product shipped may differ in appearance, including shade, grain, texture, finish and minor design detail, from the images shown on the website. Images should not be treated as an exact representation of the goods you will receive.
For every order, we compulsorily ship a physical sample made in your desired wood, shade, polish and finish. Full-order production begins only after you have approved that sample. The approved sample is the reference for your order.
This step exists to remove uncertainty: rather than relying on a screen, you approve a real piece in your chosen specification first, and we manufacture the balance of the order to match the approved sample. Any changes you request after sample approval may affect price and lead time and require a fresh approval.
The following applies only to solid natural-wood products, such as solid teak wood doors, frames, flooring, lumber and other solid timber items:
Because wood is a natural material with irregular grain and naturally varying shade, the colour, shade and consistency of solid teak and other solid-wood products may vary slightly from the approved sample and from piece to piece. We make every effort to match the sample as closely as possible, but some natural difference is unavoidable and is not a defect. This applies to solid-wood products only.
Engineered, veneer, laminate and factory-finished products are more consistent and are matched to the approved sample within normal manufacturing tolerances.
An order is confirmed once the specification is agreed, the sample is approved and any required advance payment is received. Estimated lead times are given in good faith and run from the date of sample approval and receipt of advance; they may be affected by order size, customisation, material availability and factors outside our control.
Payment terms are as stated on the quotation or proforma invoice, typically an advance to begin production with the balance as agreed before dispatch or as per the agreed export terms. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
For export orders we prepare the goods, packing and documentation according to the agreed Incoterm, and provide the standard export document set (commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes and applicable certificates). Risk and responsibility pass according to the agreed Incoterm. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, port congestion, weather or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Please inspect goods on receipt. Any claim for shortage, transit damage or non-conformity with the approved sample must be raised in writing within the period stated on your invoice, with photographs and supporting details. Claims based on natural wood variation described in clause 4, or on differences from website images described in clause 2, will not be accepted.
Because products are made to order, cancellations or changes after sample approval and the start of production may not be possible, or may incur charges for work and materials already committed.
We warrant that goods are manufactured to the approved sample and specification, subject to the natural variation described above. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Designs, drawings, images and content on this website belong to Aaravya Spaces and may not be copied or used without permission. Where you supply a design for a custom product, you confirm you have the right to do so.
In addition to the inspection and claims process in clause 8, any claim for shortage, transit damage or non-conformity with the approved sample must be raised in writing within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the goods, together with photographs and supporting details. Claims raised after this 10-day window cannot be accepted. Claims based on natural wood variation (clause 4) or on differences from website images (clause 2) remain excluded.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to supply accurate sizes and measurements for all products ordered. We manufacture to the sizes and measurements confirmed by the buyer and, where applicable, to the approved sample. We are not responsible for products that do not fit or prove unsuitable because of incorrect or incomplete measurements provided by the buyer, and such cases are not treated as a defect or a valid claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Anjar / Bhuj, Gujarat, India.
